Umm, that why we do this! I never expect one to be perfect and if its not then my hopes arent bashed, and not to mention its a 50 -60 year old tractor, it aint going to be perfect. Sorry for your troubles but you need to get over it, fix it, and have fun with it!

If these are antique tractors, shouldn't a person expect that there will be a good number of problems with the tractor when you get it? I mean, tractors were used for hard work, not parades. Usually when they are parked, there is a reason for it, like this broke, or that was leaking, or something or other was making some horrible noise...

It seems to me there are rare cases that the tractor was parked in good running condition and walked away from. Although that's what we all hope to find.

Hope for the best, expect the worst

Yea I know that,
Ohh man do i know that,
It's just that this man didnt know what was the deal with this thing, and slod it to get it out of the barn to make room for other thing's,
I bought it out of a whim thinking it would be alot better as it wasnt being run, but ohhh boyyyy, not that thing i was thinking of with that seal in the front, and the one in back whoa, what a job this might be,
my girlfriend could"of strangled the guy that i got it from for not telling me what was up with this thing, as he didnt know himself,
But,,,, Ohh well,,,, Ill get it done sooner or later,
