Got to run my project 300u today with the brush hog, I noticed the hydralic lines get a little hot, is this normal everything is working fine just concerned, Oh, an update on the clutch/Ta slipping problem, I have adjusted several times but think I am closer, are they that critical concerning the adjustment, or am I loosing my mind.

Don't know what problem you are having with T/A.
If it slips sometime or all the time in low adjusting won't cure it. With a good T/A unit the T/A clutch could be completly removed from tractor and it would pull just fine in low T/A. T/A clutch engagement and disangagement linkage is all that can be adjusted on outside of tractor.

Answer to all of your questions is probably "Yes". Oil gets hot, TA is fussy, and your mind is loose ;^)

It's OK for the hydraulic lines to get warm, but not hot. If you can hold them with your hands without them being too hot, your OK.
