Sycamore, IL Steam Show and Threshing Bee on August 9th thru' 12th. Last year was the 50th anniversary show and they had 50 steam engines. Many gas tractors, too plus sawing and threshing demos, etc.
Also there is the Rock River Thresheree in Edgerton, Wisconsin August 31st to September 3rd. Another very good show.

soil - having been on the yt board a number of years, I just got a thought, [yup, sometimes that hurts] - for the first time I saw the "2007 Show Guide" and "Events Calendar" links under the "Community" section. These links and many other good "stuph" is in the first column on the left side of this page. 100% Norwegian here and it just goes to show "I can learn somethin" every day, even if I don"t want to, too, two" Enjoy your day.

Say there, we have a great Threasherman's Reunion over labor day weekend at Pontiac, IL. Last year they featured IH. Great turnout. Steam engines as well as current tractors and older ones. Good show.
