there is a lot of slop in my tail wheel how do I tighten or can I get replacement parts the slop is in the spindle I took cap off and there seems to be a pin and collar I turned the collar but did not help. don"t want to ruin the spindle so please help 5 days till plow days

You can put washers behind the adjustable collar to take up some of the end play. This won't help if your axle is worn small on the diameter but it will help the end play. I think that they are all somewhat loose that way. Make sure to grease it good and it should be okay.
