I recently put a fast hitch on my SuperC.I bought a 2 point to cat1 adap. Can someone measure there fast hitch on the reciever end and then on the other end towards the tractor? The fast hitch points are 2.5in which is correct for a Superc, the reciever on my fast hitch is a little over 2.5 inches where the points go in but on the other end of the fast hitch the measurement is only 2in.So when i slide the adap in it only goes in halfway. Is the adapter point not beveled enough on the point end or has the fast hitch reciever been modified.Hope this makes sense, any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks

Mark, The way it`s sounding to me is your hitch isn`t the problem- it`s the prong height on your adapter.I think you have the large prong (3" H)on your adapter. The prong height is measured at the thickest point of the prong, not where it`s tapering down.Without actually going out and measuring mine, I`m going to guess you`ll have to go about a foot back from the point of the prong and measure the height there. Now if that is the problem, you can either find an adapter with small prongs (2 1/2") or cut a 1/2" off the bottom of the prongs on your adapter. Hpoe this helps.Mark

I removed one catch competely. Can you tell me what program you use to edit your photographs with? Also what is the measurement toward the pointed end?You have the 2.5 in measurement but could you give me more measurements on the point end like distance from tip to where it starts to bevel?I would like to take a picture of my point and draw on it like you did on the picture you posted to point out my measurements.Thank you so much for all the help so far,Mark

You can also edit photographs, add text, crop, blow up, etc. very well on Excel.

My SC is not at my house, so I can't measure until this weekend. The points stick out past the receptacle a little. I'v seen points on ebay for utilities that looked like they might not fit. The notch end looked like it didn't go to a point. I can draw them out from my draw-bar this weekend. I use Photoshop on a Mac, I do computer graphics for a living, A lot of paint type programs let you draw and type on pix. email me & I'll send you an accurate layout from an original draw-bar if you need to grind them to fit. MM
