Didn't get it bought saturday. Didn't really want it either. She was pretty rough. All numbers matched and was fairly complete other than the steering wheel and shotty 12v conversion. The previous owner must have been in the snow removal business or something. There were 10 tractors on the sale and 9 had a front or rear blade for them. Massive blades. The front blade on the Super A was homemade and would have been plenty heavy enough for a 966! It had the steering box annihalated, almost a full turn of slop. Still brought $1650. She was a good project for someone who wants a challenge. Oh well (looking is alot of the fun anyway)

Theres one for sale now in the photo ad section for $1,500.00 in Kentucky. I think it said they had the cultivators with it too.

That aint to far is it? For a weekend drive to see it and maybe purchase it.

You see quite a few Super A's for sale in the photo ads.

Afternoon Bob, Hang in there, you will find what you want, may just take awhile !I wasnt even looking for another tractor, and someone I knew found a 49 Super A for me for a great price ! The tractor kind of found me :")

Im amazed at how some of these junkers can go for pretty big money, sounds like that tractor was pretty well beat, your probablly better off without it !
