We had a Farmall 504 when I was growing up. I would like to have one again some day. Ours must have been a later model, had flat top fenders with the lights in the fenders. It is a small engine they get the 46 hp out of, only 153 cu in. My dad always claimed the Ford 860 would outpull the 504. They are both rated about the same hp. Nice tractor otherwise.

All I can say is I had a chance to get one for $3000 and kick myself for not doing it . Not an expert here or anything but it seemed to be a handy little tractor with about 46 horsepower . Just right for haying my small acres . ...Randy
