I just bought a 706 and am having pretty good luck getting everything working like it should. I do have a hydraulic fluid leak on the MCV on the shaft that moves with the torque lever. Is this just an O-ring that needs replaced? And what is involved in removing the spool to get to it if it is? Thanks in advance! I just found this forum and am really enjoying reading the replies from all you experts!

Finally got it plugged up. For anyone's future reference that O-ring is a number 114 O-ring. Sealed it up tight!!!! Thanks for the help!

There is an o-ring inside the nut that you will need to unscrew when you pull the valve out of the MCV valve. Make sure that the spool valve is not scored, pitted where the o-ring must seal. Not the best place for a valve with the battery sitting just inches away. After you install a new o-ring you should check and make sure that the linkage for the selector spool is adjusted correcly. Good luck
