Can anyone tell me what the standard travel speed for the Farmall was in each of its 5 gears?

Those are the book va;ues for speed on the roads. However, that changes slightly with different sixe tires. If im not mistaken, GuyFay lists those speeds with 11 " tires, ( now 12.8) but I have clocked mine several times at 18.2 MPH with 15,5 tires on a marked mile course nearby

I'm not sure I understand that reply. I think that the OP wanted to hear MPH

Let's put a few spaces in there- 2 5/8 mph in 1st, 3 1/2 mph in 2nd, 4 1/4 mph in 3rd, 5 1/8 mph in 4th, and 16 3/8 in 5th. Make sense now?
