Like Gary says, there are a lot of variables to do it right.
I use 3-2-1 in my open air paint booth.
3oz IH Thinner
2oz Hardner
1qt IH Paint
Not good science, it's just what I use.

You probably want a solid answer but it depends on lots of variables, I start out about 4 to one, IF its colder you will use less, hotter you will use more. Reducer come in slow medium and fast You use slow reducer for warmer weather. Fast reducer for cold weather so it flashes off quicker and doesn;t run on you. If you use hardener it will change it too. Its best to try spraying a piece of cardboard box or something before you move to the tractor, It is much easier to paint horizontal surfaces and they are not as picky as spraying verticals.
