I found this carb on a U-164 in the scrap yard. I have never seen, or heard, of anything like this. It appears to be a dual fuel Gas/Propane carb. Any ideas on rarity, value, or desirability? I really don't think it would be found on any tractor, except maybe for some sort of industrial.

Thanks.

Could be "well head gas" carb. Or as the others indicate. Just thinking outloud, JimN

Never seen anything quite like it. My guess is that, like you said, it is a dual fuel, gasoline/propane carb.

I think you are right, I would guess its for a Stationary engine? I ran across a site on the internet that sold conversion kits to make Briggs & Stratton, kohler etc, engines dual fuel. They were simular. The cheaper kits just converted the gas carb to propane, but the better kit was designed so you could switch it back and forth. I think for generators.
