Got a 2007 tractor calendar and July is a 460 "Wheatland". Its a 460 in full wheatland attire. Looks just like a smaller 660. Did they actually produce them or is it a 460 Utility with modified wheatland fenders? If so how many were fitted this way?

The International 460 series were all based on the utility. They were the Utility, Industrial, Hi Utility, Wheatland, and Grove. There was not much similarity between it and the 660, which was a much bigger tractor. I have a high utility, have not seen the others, but there are parts for them are in my 460 parts manual -- that is all I know about them. There was also a 560 wheatland.

I've been doing a little research into them recently since I bought a 460 utility. Apparently they made a wheatland on a utility frame with wheatland type fenders and a drawbar. They also made a gove or orchard out of them. yes, from what I have been able to find, its a lower powered 660. Not sure of the numbers, Hugh said they made less than 12,000 of the utility series.
