I pulled the oil pan off today and found coolant leaking from what seemed to be between cylinder and sleeve.Does this mean it has a cracked block?can this be fixed?

Unfortunately it does have dry sleeves. The only ways coolant could get there is from a crack in the cylinder bore, or rust through (unlikely), or from coolant getting between the sleeve ring and block at the top of the cylinder. There is no way to get there to check without a pull down. Block sealant might keep it in check if it is not poring out. Fixing it is important for the long haul due to rusting in of the sleeve. I would put new corrosion inhibeter in it if you intend to run some sealer. Best of a bad situation, JimN

Well you know which cylinder is leaking, so before pulling, because the head is off, fill the block with water, and see if it still leaks. If so that sleeve will need to come out. Again fill with water and look inside for leaks. JimN

Does that engine have wet sleeves? If so, it is likely just a sleeve seal. If it has dry sleeves, then you have a problem. Fixing it could be possible depending on the extent of the crack, or corrosion.
