i am reposting this because i do not think that it went the first time. just got a int 3414 with a loader . ther are several levers that i am not sure what they are for. 1. there is a regular lever for the trans gears one through four plus reverse 2. high / low 3. a lever that seems to switch you from forward to reverse regaurdless of were the gear shift is. they all require the clutch to be depressed to make them work. any ideas? thanks Dave

You have described them well. I'm not sure anything can be added. #1 is the main speed selection gearbox, #2 is like a two speed gear box that provides doubling of the optiona ratios found in #1. #3 is a shuttle shift forward and back for construction work, or loader activity. Good tractor, purchase a service, and owners manual. This site has books, The dealer has books, Binders Books has books. JimN
