Last year I bought an M, kinda the same deal, Engine would turn over but wouldn't start, when I went to change the oil I had to stick a screw driver in it to open a hole for the oil drainl Jerked the pan to find the rod bearings were out and the crank was ruined,It had excellent tin and a good Charlyn power steering and 6 wheel weights so for 500 I didn't get hurt to bad, Does Anyone close to Iowa have a decent engine fot sale,

If you are looking to buy it sounds like a $500 tractor, you have to get it pretty cheap to make anything out of it. The trouble is that the loader and the wide front alone, assuming that they are not shot, would probably be tough to buy for a grand.

$150-300 in that condition. Bad tires drops the price way way down then sheet metal ruff and you have no idea what it will take to get it running. Maybe a little more since it has a loader but not much more
