Just thought Gene, Hugh and you other guys would like to know that Farmallhal has probably set a new record for mass consumption of Prime Missouri Ribeye steak within an 8 day period. (although Dee would not let him have her takehome box) Even if it is generally considered unmanly to lick the plate, Hal managed to do it with finesse, as well as polish off a pile of frenchfries the size of a M gas tank. I am in awe.

Gary: Your giving me a pain in the gut, My good wife cooked up a roast with all the trimmings yesterday, and like Hal, I ate too much. I only felt comfortable this morning, now you bring the feeling back. Don't you have something better to do on Sunday morning. Go pick one the Saturday night drunks or something like that. Anything but picking on folks like Hal and I who just ate too much.

Hugh, Gary isn't telling the whole and complete story here. As I recall last evening, Gary knew all about my plate because he had his cleaned up before I hardly got started. Then I saw Gary up walking around looking to see if there were some scraps left somewhere while the benefit auction was taking place. I had to really work hard to clean my plate up to what I considered was necessary as from the example Gary set. Yes, I will have to admit that was one steak that was better to wear home then carry home as Dee and Sharon did. Again, I think we both enjoyed our meals and when you get down this way maybe you can wear one home as well. Hal

Hal: Gary did seem to be enjoying this too much to have given us the complete story.
