1. On a 1941 H did it come with the friction or notched tooth throttle? 2. I forgot what the other question was

Not to hijack, but what is the difference between the sawtooth and the notch?
PS - I hate having to put my throttle back. Mine usually jumps two teeth to about 3/4 throttle.

The saw-tooth throttle would be original equipment.

Friction is aftermarket, and I'm not sure about the square notched ones - our SMTA had one of those.

Actually, the original is the sawtooth, the notch tooth came later as an aftermarket replacement. The sawtooth is available new, a bit pricey, but not unreasonable if you an authentic reproduction.

OEM has the sawtooth complete, or just the lever. I got the lever, about $26. Sure is nice to be able to set the throttle and not have it "snap back" to 1/2 throttle on every bump!
