I am getting ready to replace my sleeves and pistons in my Super C.I am finding step head piston and crater pistons as replacements.What is the difference in these and which will produce more horsepower????

step head is design and fire crater is a brand they look pretty mush the same

They increase compression. Yes they will produce a little more HP.I am not sure but one is probably a 5000 ft and the other 8000ft. They are designed for different elevation either will work.
