Does anyone have the following for the exhaust manifold nipple dimensions:
- Overall Length
- ID x Schedule Pipe
- Thread Size for end that fits into manifold
- Length of Thread

I would like to fabricate my own but can't get mine off to measure dimensions.

Thanks,
Tim

you will want it at least 6in long just get a longer nipple then you can saw it to the length you like too short then the muffler will sit too close to the hood.

Replaced mine 2 summers ago on my A, 1 & 1/2 nipple std thread from the local hardware, mine was only a 4" so that is what I replaced it with!

I replaced the exhaust in our 200 last year. I think yours is the same. Seems it was 1.5" pipe about 10 inches long. Standard pipe thread. I just picked up a piece of pipe at the hardware store. Double check the 1.5 inch O.D.

1.5" pipe is a nominal size. Actual size for 1.5" pipe is 1.9".
