I sarted my farmall 300 up to plow some snow and noticed some oil dripping from a hole on the underside about where the torque is. I have never seen this before, can anyone give me any reason why?

I am sure it is hytran,I should have been more specific. It looks like a bolt hole but there are no threads where it is leaking.I thought maybe it was a vent but wasn't sure.

How bad is it dripping? If it's engine oil and it's not too bad you might want to try putting in some Lucas oil treatment until you can get the leak fixed. That'll slow it down a bit.

It is either Hytran, or engine oil. Put some on a piece of paper and compare it to the engine oil. If the same, a rear main seal, if different, it could be several locations in the TA, or Trans front. JimN
