Hey guys, thanks for the responses! the reason I want more HP is when mowing the field in june it is about 3 to 4 ft high and thick, I can only mow with about 1/2 the mower or it kills the power and I figured if I'm gonna tear her down for a rebuild, then I might as well get out of her what i can in the form of HP! ps: since I am already 3 pages deep, just since last night, I prob. wo'nt get many more responses!

If your block is from the A,B or C tractors the overbore kits raises the cid to 123cid and the sleeve length is 6.875" and on the Super C and the late Super A's that Hugh described had the C-123 engine could be increased to 133cid using the 3.250" overbore kits and the sleeves are 7.060" in length. Do to the difference in sleeve length
this will probably create installation problems in the C-113 block. The 3.4375" sleeve diameter
may be a problem too. Hal

Marty: After all is said and done, why not just put the engine back to factory specs. I've been running offset Farmalls now close to 50 years. I've heard all the super dupper upgrades. My 130 was rebuilt a number of years, I've forgotten the details, however at the time, to listen to the professional rebuilder, you'd swear my 130 was going to out pull my 300 or 560. I have no idea what is in there, however I can tell you it will not run away from my SA or 140 on a pull, never did.

I've seen this tried so many times in my lifetime, rebuilders and sales folks will create all kinds of hype on how much power they can give an A, SA, 100, 130 or 140. I've yet to see an exceptional one. They were all very good from the factory. Since that time some folks have been very good at relieving owners of their dollars. Bout the biggest difference I see.

Early 113 sleeve O.D. 3 1/4 late 113 sleeve O.D. 3 5/16. If you remove sleeve you can measure across bottom of sleeve. I dont know when change occurred I dont have the serial numbers on that. I am sure someone here does.

My B measure 3 5/16th at the bottom of the block and my Super A is 3 7/16th and it will take the 3 1/4 bore sleeve.
From what I gather the 3 7/16th block was mostly in the A"s (super"s) and the C"s and Super C"s.
My Super A has a dead on 25HP with the 3 1/4 bore and I know I can get more out of it with a little playing and my B should be about the same if not more because of the compression and the better head.

My figures may be wrong I dont have a book. I do know most straight Cs had the smaller block which will not take 3 1/4 pistons.

There were two different 113 blocks sleeve OD is different I dont remember deminsions. I think the late 113 is same as 123 thus allowing 3 1/4 pistons.

George: Your right, all Super A after serial number 310300 have the same block as the Super C. The SA is fitted with 3" thicker sleeves giving 113 ci in. The SC is fitted with 3-1/8" sleeves giving 123 cu in.

i think i tried to use the 123 kit in a 113 motor , i belive the taper on the bottom of the 123 sleve has a diffrent taper and length to it, not a lot but , but i dont think it will work.

I put a 3 1/8 over bore in my B from Tisco with the domes and I also put a 140 head on it and that raised the compression even more but a head off a Super A or C will help also. They have bigger valves and bigger exhaust and intake ports.

I think 3 1/8 is as big as 113 goes.

If you could put super C pistons in you could increase to 3 1/4 bore making it a 123cid.

3 1/8 pistons give you 123 cu in 3 1/4 is 135 cu in
