1150 B we replaced seals around the shaft of the left tilt cylinder. I drained the hydraulic fluid ( looked like water and leaves had gotten in it ? )changed 1 filter and washed out the screen filter. I put new oil in resivoir. I put my cylinder on dozer and DO NOT connect the hydaulic hoses to cylinder yet.I want to flush lines and the only way i could figure to do that is to start dozer and move controls to bleed line.... so i did. after about 2 or 3 real good squirts it stops. it quits squirting out fluid. and so i said ok lets hook it up and see what happens. after doing that i move controls and the only thing i s see move are the hoses connected to those cylinders. they are flexing but not too much. What could be wrong ?

Those pumps sure do pump a lot of fluid quick, did you check the Hydraulic oil level? You didn't mention if you have the six way blade or the Power Angle Tilt (PAT) or ?? I went on a service call once when the customer complained that the tilt quit working on his six way. Quickest and easiest service call I had ever gone on, turned out that he rested his foot on the divertor valve and both cylinders were already fully extended. I don't believe that this could be your problem though it may be something just as simple. Them 1150B were some great machines in my opinion. Good luck.
