we have a 943 bobcat that has given us no trouble, it has 1300 hours on it and now will only run for 20-30 min. have changed the filters, replaced the transfer pump, and checked the electric fuel shut off.it acts like the fuel is being shut off. sometimes to restart we need to reprime, or just wait a few minutes and restart. hope someone can help, thanks- Pappy

What were you feedin' that bobcat 'fore he died, Pappy? You cain't feed them wild critters the same over-processed food that we humans eat :<)

Worked on a Case 850 once that had the same symtoms, finally found a rubber glove in the fuel tank. That was the last thing that I suspected but should have been the first thing I checked, even though when I check the fuel line, it had good flow.

Check to see if you have any blockage or restrictions in your return fuel line. Also pull the fitting out of the injection pump then pump primer or start it up and let it flush. If problem comes back the pump is going out.

Pappy, check all your fuel lines particularly rubber ones for cracks, pin holes,or loose fits. I had a Kubota excavator once with the same problem it was sucking air and after a while would lose power and quit. The unit had new filters clean fuel etc. it would lose prime and die,After alot of searching we found a pinhole in a line letting it suck air. Hope this is some help Good luck.
