CO-46 Diesel Still Won't Start

I appreciate the responses that I received. I replaced the fuel filters and bled out the injectors again. When I first turned it over it caught and ran a couple of seconds and died back out.

Even with the throttle wide open it appears to be starved for fuel. I do get white smoke when it cranks over, so it appears to be getting some fuel. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be wrong?

What type of a fuel transfer pump does it use to supply fuel to the injection pump? Have you placed a vacuum gauge on it to be certain it is holding a vacuum from the tank? If after that no other problems are evident. Remove the fuel lines from the injection pump. Crank the engine as if you were gong to start it. How much fuel is coming from the pump where the lines connect to it? If you can hold your finger over the end of the threads, your pump is junk. If, however you are getting a volume of fuel at a fair ammount of pressure from the pump, I would seriusly consder pulling the injectors, or at least,if you have access to it, testing the injector check valves to see what pressure they are holding at. Good luck!!!!! !

Have you checked the injector pump to make sure it is working? I know is sounds silly but it is either in the injector pump or in the fuel tank from your description.
