How do they compare? Are they about the same size and HP?

I'm not familiar with the D2, however, I own a Case D310G, and I'm very happy with it. I'm very happy with the power. If there is any shortcomings, it has to be the steering/brakes.

I've been using mine to clear brush and trees up to 4"/dia, and it has pleanty of power for that. I've moved two large dirt/brush piles left by an earlier dozer operation, and it cuts through them very easily.

Hope this helps.

Brad
