This question refers to the pin that connects the skid steer lift arms to the Bobtach on a 753 model. The pin tightens into a tapered bushing and is held by a bolt. The bolts on both sides gradually work loose and fall out. This happens every 200hrs or so. I clean and reinstall as recommended, but without long term success. This was also a ploblem on my 743. Does anyone have a successful solution or alteration? Thanks in advance.

We had success removing the pins cleaning all grease from threads as well as the tapered part of the pin and bosses where pin goes thru boom arms, reinstall, clean threads of bolt and apply a high-strength Loctite and tighten the *#%$ out of them, there is a torque for them that escapes me at the moment but its alot a good 1/2" drive impact should do nicely.
