I'am about ready to build myself a motorhome (RV Toter) from a Freightliner road tractor. I need to know where I can take it to and have them take out the intermediate differential and stretch the frame about eight or ten foot. I live in Florida and needless to say, would like to get it done as close to home as possible. If you boyz know of any place, regardless of where it is, please post back here as soon as you can so I can get started. Also if you know anyone who has done this or even who owns one I would appreciate a contact number, etc. I plan to catalogue my project for anyone who might want to know about it in the future. I wonder if there is a club or group of owners of these RV toters as I believe they are called. Thanks a million, Sonny

I ran across this inquiry on the internet and I see that it is 2 years old. My husband and I have been talking about building the same kind of thing from a truck--only making it a motorhome. Did you build one and did you find any info to help you? I'd appreciate it if you could email me anything that would help.
thanks
Sunny
