We are very proud of preserving some of our family history in this manner and thrilled our sons are teaching their children to appreciate their agriculture heritage. Alex drives the tractor with a cute wagon he built to school occasionally to pick up his youngsters. Needless to say, this is a BIG hit for people of all ages to see. They come from all parts of North America and have stories of their growing up on farms.

Art wrote on Sunday, August 03, 2003 (PDT):I left Scottsdale for Connecticut 5 years ago. Good to hear about the tractor and family farm. I remember the southeast valley before sprawl reached it. We used to drive out to Ray Road to watch the summer monsoon lightning storms and look at the sheep ranches, cotton fields, and the like. I probably passed by your farm on the numerous occasions I'd be going out to Williams AFB or the San Tan mountains. Hope you keep the farm going.

But what I also thought was rather neat was the fact that my wife and myself traveled to Arizona from Tennessee in August of this year to look at and purchase a 36B from a new found friend named Mark who also lives in Chandler.Mark also took us out to supper to one of the restaurants mentioned in this story. I could not help but think what a small world we live in 2000 miles apart.
