Hey guys:
I want to try to unhook the edge box on my lb7 truck, where do I unhook, rehook plugs at. This truck seems to be getting 13 mpg (I havent changed fuel filter yet). 2 Weeks ago I put in a front wheel hub assembly and I now seem to have a bad alternator and a low battery (according to advanced auto). I also have not diagnosed this engine noise for 1400 rpm up thats like a ticking sound that only goes away when you let off of the throttle. There was a post on here that told me some noise was normal, but this still doesnt sound quite right. Will a bad injector make the engine noiser or will the edge box make the engine noiser regardless of its setting? Just trying to get a little more insight before I dedcide to keep running truck or get rid of it. The fuel mileage is my main concern as diesel is 2.99/gallon.
