I have a '94 Chevrolet 1 ton dually. 5.7, manaul transmission. It has been sitting since Oct and I used it once in early February. The truck always started easy and ran good. One of my employees went to move it yesterday and had a hard time getting it started and keeping it running. I tried to start it last night and could not get it running. I poured a little gas down the throttle body and it would start right up and run until the fuel was gone. Using a test light, I have no power to the fuel pump fuse or the fuel pump relay. There is a strong burnt wiring/ burnt plastic smell in the truck cab on the passenger side. I pulled the ECM this morning and the smell is from it. Is my guess that the ECM is toast correct? Also, I don't have any power to 2 fuses. 1 is labeled crank, the other pnl or something similar.
