Ok here it is. Do you think before a person can get a drivers license they should be able to show the person doing the test that they can. #1 check all fluids #2 check tire pressure and be able to tell how to change a flat tire? #3 be able to check all light to make sure they are in working order?? My self I think they should be able to do these things and maybe more because if you think about it you see cars along the hwy. that would not be there because they broke down for dumb reasons. Like one I know first hand of. A woman comes in to a station and asks for help. Guy say whats wrong. She says well my oil light came on and I kept driving. Well now my car will not run, it make a funny noise and the engine died. True story by the way
