Hi Guys and Gals. Didn't know for sure if I should post here or on the implement board. Decided to try here first. Anyway, here's my question: I recently purchased a home on 5 1/2 flat acres with about 5 of that to mow. I have a fully restored '49 Farmall H that I take to shows but aren't afraid to work if need be. I also have a Massey Ferguson 135 diesel with a bush hog mower. At our last home I used a Sears 14hp lawn tractor with a 38" mowing deck on it. My delema, should I get a finish mower for the H, maybe a belly mower and accept the hassles of no live PTO, trade the Bush Hog on a finish mower for the Massey, or try to mow around the house with the Sears and use the Bush Hog on the rest of the yard? Any input would be appreciated.
