Don't know if this the right place for this but here it go's. There is a sale coming up this spring next to me a oldtimer is finally calling it quits(should have years ago). He had bought a Belarus 825 years back and hardly used it 400hrs on it. He had a nice loader put on it with a grapple and the loader spool valves/joy stick goodies. Even had a/c put in the thing. I drove it around other than trying to figure out the trans it seemed to work alright. I know they have a bad rep. so I was thinking I could get if for a song. Worst case I would have a nice loader I could put on something else. I asked the local dealer and all they said is the 825 was a one of Beluras's better models and that some people like them and some don't. I was thinking it would be a handy tractor with the front wheel assist for pushing manure and feeding cows in the winter. Does anyone have any experience with one of these beasts?
