Somewhere you are getting feedback to the axle where its leaking.Its most likely the emergency brake chamber on the wheel that has them causing this.Inside of the emergency brake chamber it probly has a broken diaphram.Its easier to change the chamber than to replace the diaphram.If you take it off keep the air hooked to it to hold the spring back,if you dont know what I mean ask some body to show you.You could put a dime in it and run for a day or 2 but you would loose that brake.
