Boy what a day I had yesterday, After taking care of the cows early. Had my good clothes on, got cow crap on me. Had to change, went to start my truck up to go to Sunday Service. It would not start - wet everywhere under the hood, 100% humidity in the air. Put the jumper cables on the truck from my Oliver Super 55, locked myself out of the house. No phone cell phone, battery dead on the phone, charger at the shop with my spare keys. Well it was a cold 2.5 mile drive on the tractor to the shop. Almost didnt make it- fuel filter was plugged or plugging up. Finally got there changed the filter, got my phone charger, some either, and the battery charger for the truck and headed back to the farm. With my second pair of good clothes on. A neighbor from the city thought it was necessary to fly past me on a muddy gravel road and spray the tractor and me with mud.I kept my cool and definately had the "Midas Touch For Crap", everything I did. Needless to say the day finished out that everything was working again by sunset and I got to wash the tractor. Still cant wait to see the neighbor today.I could have done without all of That. Anybody ever have a day like that.
