I usually do phone surveys when asked. I figure Everyone is entitled to their wrong opinions, but mine are less wrong than most. I have, however, cut the survey off in the middles if they go signficantly longer than they told me it would take, or if the questions are so stupid and convoluted that it becomes clear to me that they formulated the questions to make sure they get the results they want.
