if you take the cover off the top of the clutch housing-- you will see whats wrong-- the clutch shaft that runs through behind the clutch has a bolt that keeps the clutch from slipping on the shaft-- if it starts slipping it will not disengage all the way-- had it happer on a cletrac B and drove me nuts until I saw what was happening-- I'm sure this could be the prob. easy fix- just get the clutch peddle where you want it and tighten the bolt that keeps it from slipping-- I have a hough HR 4 wh dr. for sale if you are interested- 6 cyl. power steering and brakes- runs good looks good tires good used last summer but don't have any use for anything that large anymore-- i'm in up state NY hopes this helps
