Well i would have to say that you have compression problem , now here comes the COULD BE's one you have a blowen head gskt.You could have broken rings or a hole in a piston or a cracked head bad valves or a cracked blocked . OR it could be bad cam bushings in the injection pump . So anyway you look at it this is not just somthing super simple , Oh yea it also may be a couple stuck starting valves now that is sometimes simple to fix like i said sometimes.
