i work for a constuction outfit and i am a supervisor. the plant i take care of is a nasty place to work.a mix of rendering plant and refinery.we turn turkey processing plant waste into oil.bio-fuel. i try to keep a crew of 5 to 15 all the time.depending on what project i have to complete. i have had 70 plus hands since jan.1st.hard to keep help.i started using guys from the local CRISIS CENTER to help out.i thought these fellers needed a job and i could help them get back on their feet. NEAL came to me with a sob story how while he was in jail his ex-wife had burned all of his stuff and he needed a job to catch up.sure,i said! neal worked for me four or five weeks, the whole time my wife made him a breakfast bag, a dinner bag,and a supper plate.no charge. neal rat holed his money.i said good for you neal! nal started to stop by the bar after wrk.no problem.a working man needs a cool one now and then. one day neal says hey bossman loan me five hundred. i say nah. he says come on i need a car. i say neal you have money in the bank.he says yea, I DONT WANT TO TAKE MY MONEY OUT OF THE BANK!!!!!!!!! makes it kinda hard to help folks. i told the wife from now on we are gonna take care of ourselves first, heck with these jerks.sad.wished it didnt have to be that way
