Planting those steep hillsided

Have always wondered how ya'll plant on those hillsides out in Washington and elsewhere that are scary steep. Never really seen a hillside combine other than pictures. So do you use crawler tractors or 4WD's or what. Do you no-till this stuff. Just curious, we have a few hills here that make me a bit nervous but nothing like out there.
