If it is an original from a tractor that old I'd say it is worth the price of whatever scrap copper is bringing. I'd never go to all that work to replace a radiator core and not spend the $200.00 ? for a new one that should last another 60 + years. Now if you have the complete thing tanks and all you can plug off the inlet and outlet and fill it up with antifreeze mix and check for leaks.You should have a market for a complete radiator assembly as sometimes the tanks break.
