I need to repair a

need hepl and/or ideas on repairing front wheels? I know welding probably be the best But I don't have a tig or mig machine can a wheel be brazed ? wheel is rust pitted around the valve stem hole I sand blasted the wheels and they came out looking pretty good except at the valve stem hole need to smooth it to keep from eating up the tube. thanks for you'r help and ideas.......Jer
