I found the plate on my $10 Loader and it reads "New Idea-Horn Loader and the model # is either 5-H or H-5". I got it down to the farm and it is on the M-TA, I haven't tried it yet since I have just order my hydraulic hoses and fittings. Two questions- 1. Did they build these to fit a Farmall M-TA? It fits beautiful, it is just close to the front end and it looks like it will hit the grill when I lift it. 2. What color and how(what parts) were painted? It looks like it is NI Orange now. Oh, have any of you have an idea on the lifting capacity? It would be nice to use to move 900 LBS. round bales(We use the neighbors IH 884 and 2250 loader to get them out of the field) if I had too....I wouldn't use it all summer to move them, just if I have to move one across the yard.
