This is slightly off topic but a lot of tractor men are probably into the chewing habit so here goes. I was reading an article in the newspaper last week about the huge number of people (and of course young kids too) who have becomed hooked on chewing tobacco in Canada, both the Copenhagen (ground up) and the Red Man (leaf) type. Anyways, apparently 40% of the sales in Canada are right here in Alberta which is way out of proportion to our population. Meanwhile, there was one of those TV shows from the US on yesterday, sort of a "people in conflict" thing with a moderator where one of the couple had a major beef with the other. This lady was complaining about her husband who chews TEN CANS PER WEEK of the stuff. Her complaint is all the spit cups and spit bottles that are in every nook and cranny around the house and in the car, etc. And of course a lot of them spill on the carpet and she has little bits of stuff all over the place. She's ready to divorce the guy. The straw that broke the camels back though was a few weeks ago they were having a bath together (do people do that?), and he was spitting in the bath water, little brown blobs of spit from his habit. I wonder if any self-respecting tractor guy would do such a vile thing?
