Went to get tested for hearing aids yesterday. The guy found my left ear was much worse than my right. "How come?" he asked. "I farmed for quite a few years and put up a lot of hay." "Hay mowers and balers are on the right side of the tractor- you're looking over your right shoulder all the time, so your left ear is turned forward toward the tractor exhaust."
