Do they make a cap that you can use to cover a grease zerk to keep the dirt away? I spend more time cleaning the dirt off zerk than I do greasing. Sometimes after using a rag to wipe dirt off, I have to use air compressor to get all the dirt off or zerk won't take grease, it just squirts out the side. BYW, I discovered another use for orphan socks. I use the sock like glove to wipe off the dirt/grease. Keeps the grease off me, pitch the sock when done.
