Bought this tractor back in April. My dad ordered it into our Case dealership for one of my uncles in 63. It has been traded around the area several times. The final owner was Amish who bought it with the farm he purchased. It was pretty ugly when I brought it home, (first pic). A lot of stripping of the uglies, (cab, front weights, warn out wide front, Oliver fenders, etc.) It shaped up pretty nice, (second pic). After painting it I ran it quit a bit and it ran and operated very well without any costly repairs. After getting my firewood supply in for the winter, I decided to build a bigger wood trailer for it. I completed the new wood hauler except for wheels and tires, waiting for something to come along cheep, HeHe, and started fabing up the accessories that I wanted on the tractor. (1) a 2 post canopy, (2), a front bumper/grill guard, (3) front fender, and (4) a easy access set of front RH and LH steps for it, as the 2 post restricted entry from rear. Friday the roof will be delivered from my steel supplier. I drew up plans for it to be formed from 16G steel. I don't have the means in my shop to make the detailed radius bends on a piece of steel that big. once the roof panel is here, I will add the support struts to the 2 post frame to house front and rear amber lights, and mtgs. to secure it. No big rush now. It will all have to be disassembled in the spring for paint. I have a CBS paint booth. Loren

At one time I had seven restored examples which were shown and used in ploughing matches. As most restorers, I have a number of war stories I can relate on a range of topics that may help other like minded and interested people. Perhaps my first p
