Wife and I want to find a place for next winter. She is from the Atlantic coast, however just near water is ok. My farm pond will not do. She is thinking lots of water as in the gulf . We are thinking Texas east side , rather warm, not hot. We would like to pull our fifth wheel camper. We do not like crowds, rather solitude. How far down the coast should we be thinking? Thought about just placing a snow shovel on front of pick-up, driving till someone asks what that is, stopping there for the winter!! What is your recommendations??
