Had FT80 that did the same thing. Could let it run and warm up and hydraulics would work fine. Rubber boot that covers the 2 shifter sticks had a hole and water got in the system.
Drained and refilled with new hydraulic oil and it helped but hyd. oil was still milky. Water gets trapped inside.
I then used Sea Foam Transmission additive going by directions on can. ( I think it was one can per 5 gallons of oil)so 2 cans. I started, got everything warm and ran it using the hydraulics to get the sea foam mixed in good for about an hour. The sea foam allows the water to mix with the oil and when you drain the system it comes out in the oil. I also let it drain for 24 hours. Put new rubber boot on and refilled with hyd. oil and no more problems.
Your problem may be different but that was the problem I found with mine.
