Take it up private with them? Heck you can't get them on the phone, and I send them and email 2 days ago. That why I had to ask this question. If I ran my business like they do I would be out of work. I ordered a new water pump because I did't want the hassle of sending a core back in.
They would be doing me a favor by refusing my order!!
If this company is as big as they say with warehouses in all those states, than surley they could operate like one. They operate like
like they have a computer system that will let them accept an order, but after that, it's downhill. I ordered parts from ALL STATE AG PARTS that the same time. ( Monday evening )
Tuesday Mid Morning I got a email telling me they were shipped, Thurday Morning the FED EX man dropped them off!
Plus I could go on the FED Ex site and see where they where.
THAT'S HOW A BUSINESS KEEPS THEIR CUSTOMERS!
Maybe a lot of the customers here get there parts in fair amount of time, but when people depend on me to get them back in the field, I would like to be in the know.
